How much does lifting improve SMV?

I started lifting long before I found The Red Pill, I’m still fairly new. However, the way you carry yourself after lifting is different. When you hit a PR you feel proud, like everyone else has also said the testosterone increase is noticed by you but not as much as it is by others.

One huge thing that helped me with approaching girls came a little later, for me it was just logical, definitely flawed but it helps me for some weird reason; the average male weighs 86KG (I’ve averaged from UK to US), someone who has NEVER been in a gym at 86KG could bench around 58KG. Again, I know it’s not the best thing to do but it helps me, at the moment I’ve plateaued at around 110KG bench weighing 72KG. The confidence knowing I’m stronger than most the grown men around me (I’m only 18) and if it came to it I’m viable to win a fight just gives me a relaxed feeling in most places, especially in large mixed groups.

TL;DR - Knowing I could kick most people’s asses gives me confidence and safety in most situations.
