How much of this sub is black enough to relate truly to Atlanta and its content?

As a latino male, I relate to this show to an extent (especially the FUBU episode) as someone who grew up in DC. A lot of Atlanta reminded me of the shit talking a lot of people pulled off back in the day, I hated that shit. In a way I think I can identify with Earn's adult attitude when I was a teenager. FUBU episode really hit home on how I used to be and how kids in the city are just so careless, I don't get it. I still don't get how people are so careless about how they affect others or their own futures, it's represented well in FUBU. Earn was a smart kid who stood out on top but couldn't make it because he was peer pressured. Or at least this is how I see it. Al having to save him was just like a "damn" moment to me because I related to it as a kid. Now I can identify with Darius.
