How do I do my tests when I can't focus??

Take the easy problems first. (easy can mean multiple things) different topics might be easier or harder for you than for others. Take those who verbatim trained before. Those you trained the most often an can do the best.

In the other problems write down what you know about it. Even if it's only the name of the formula or the steps you would typically take. The more ink on paper, the more theoretically can be scored.

Don't drop the pencil until you done and burn calories until the alarm signals. Don't seize to work with the test. No matter how little you know, no matter how embarrassing it is that you wrote down. Keep on spilling ink on that damn test. Use what you have in the moment.

Even if the things you wrote down will be dashed by red lines or won't give you scores. The next time you'll know what you did wrong and how you can work with it. But if you don't leave ink on the paper, that won't even happen.

Teachers often want to to only write something when you know 100% or do it perfectly 100%... Don't play their game.

You know the name of the formula and how it's used, but it won't come to you mind right now? Write it down.

Generally I would read some textbooks or slides on the topic. Soak yourself into the topic. You never know if you don't remember something that you can use in the exam.

And yeah... Time yourself. Easiest most certain problems first and then see what you can do with the rest. And when you got time left, double check the results.

You can do it. Just don't let it break you spirit. Keep on.
