So there’s a few proven psychological tricks that you can use (not sure if you’re too late in the process, but worth a try):

1.) Wear blue. People wearing blue are considered more trustworthy and reliable because it puts the audience in a more relaxed state for whatever reason.

2.) Use your hands to gesture and keep them visible to the camera. Again, it’s a subconscious sign of trust, nothing to hide, shows confidence, etc.

3.) This will probably be the most pivotal in your situation, which is emphasize how much their work culture appeals to you. This is the one thing that is believable to make them feel different from the pack. Whatever they advertise themselves as in terms of a workplace culture, act like those are your exact values too and run with it. Make their values and culture seem like the reason you’re choosing them.
