How do you not let bad things happening all around the world to impact your health?

Radical acceptance, apathy (lol), supporting loved ones, working in a helping profession, and effortful controlling of my train of thought. And of course, years of therapy.

Thinking about it won't change things and neither will feeling bad. Itd make just as much difference if you felt good about the crappy parts of humanity. All you can really control is what you do each moment and feeling bad for things out of your control is probably just your brain's way of motivating you to gain control. If that means acquiring the means to change the world, help just those around you, or even go off the grid, it's all kinda the same in the long run for humanity. Things will improve gradually as they always have and eventually humanity will figure out how to properly treat each other. We might not live to see it but you're just one of billions, either contributing to that progress or not. Try to find something that gives you that satisfaction of "I made the world just a bit nicer for others today" - could be anything from drawing comics to starting your own company! And of course, therapy.
