How objective are admins, and how fast do they respond?

When someone reports a comment or a post for vote manipulation, the report does not automatically go to Reddit admin at all; it goes to the moderators of the subreddit (unpaid volunteers who enforce Reddit's rules as well as whatever rules they've put in place for the subreddit). In this case with you, it's the /r/runescape mods (listed here) that would get notified of a report, look at it, & figure out what to do with you/your comment.

If you edited it before they even got to it, all they'll see is the edited comment and approve the comment bc it no longer has anything vote-manipulation-related to it - no harm no foul.

If they see it's clearly vote manipulation, they can do few things: remove it quietly, remove it & warn you not to vote manipulate again, remove it & ban you from the subreddit altogether, or remove it and report you to the admins.

It's highly unlikely you've been reported to the admins.

Log out and visit the thread to see if your comment was even removed from the thread by the mods. If it's still there, you're fine. If it's not, then maybe message the mods and let them know you edited the comment so it's not vote manipulation anymore.
