Supplements (L-Theanine, L-Tryptophan, Yohimbine, Synephrine, Caffeine, Nicotine) -
The original reason I decided to try nicotine is the results of this study and, anecdotally, their findings, especially point three noted in the abstract, seem to be accurate. I have been using nicotine to reinforce positive behaviors, over the past few months, and it seems to be working.
Racetams (*Alpha-GPC, phenylpiracetam, aniracetam, and noopept) -
'Supplements' (Phenibut, Adrafinil, Kava Kava, and Kratom) -
Traditional Depressants (Alcohol and Benzodiazepines) -
Hallicangenics (LSD, Mushrooms, DXM, DHP*, and Cannabis) -
I have been thinking of dropping the Phenibut and DPH in exchange for GBL as a sleep and social aid.
I plan on dropping phenylpiracetam and adrafinil in exchange for 2-FA, 4-Me-TMP, or something of the like that would fit the proper stimulant profile to be used once or twice a week.
So... I guess the answer for me is also all the time.
