Hey, not sure where you live or if this info will be beneficial or to you, but I thought I’d share my experience....

I told my doctor about how much I was taking, which would be anywhere from 10-20mg a day. My doctor recommended a clinic in which they taper you off VERY slowly. Now I actually have a prescription for Xanax that I’m tapering off and adding in Valium as my Xanax dosage lowers. Additionally, they will give you medication should you feel withdrawal symptoms.

I did go cold turkey once before, I didn’t die or have seizures, but it took two months and an ungodly amount of weed and edibles to just feel mildly okay. I was not able to do anything but sleep mostly. I don’t recommend that you do this.
