How is this OK? I get home and unwrap my burrito and....

Backstory - Ordered online and picked up at the Chipotlane (arrived AFTER the ready time)

burrito, white rice, black beans, chicken, medium, corn, sour cream, cheese (Really not that many toppings, most of the time this burrito wraps very neatly when done right)

I wouldn't even be that mad, but when I called and said "hey what gives?" they didn't sound the least bit apologetic. So I go in and they're like "So do you want us to remake it for you?" .... Uhhh... Yeah! Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience" on my way out.

Not to mention the person wrapping my burrito had to have known this thing was a bomb (the back side was closed very sloppily too), so they sent me home with an exploded burrito with sour cream everywhere and a big hole in it....

What's the deal Chipotle?
