How old are you and what do you miss about growing up in the 90s?

I’m 29 so I spent my first 10 years during the 90’s. This thread is funny when there’s people younger than me saying how they miss not having cellphones and having an expectation of being reachable 24/7.

I’m not American (I live in Scandinavia) but 90’s were such a great time to be a kid. Whenever I think back the 90’s, it’s always summer and the sun is shining lol.

What I really miss is how fashion was important, but your image was no where near as important as it is now. Just google NHL players from the 90’s and they basically look like my dad, though he didn’t have their millions and millions of dollars. Social media has a lot to do with it, and it makes me sad. I used to work as a social worker for young adults, who were totally broke and even homeless sometimes, but almost all of them had new clothing. Even when you’re poor, there’s pressure to look like you’re really well off. Difficult to explain.

I love the internet, but i’m sad my kids won’t know life without it.
