I used Hinge. I went on three dates. Two of them weren't bad, but I didn't feel any connection during them. This is how the one date I did like went:

I met up with this girl who I was gonna get pierogies with. The place we were gonna go to was closed for the christmas holiday. I quickly decided we should just grab pierogies at a dive bar a few buildings down. The pierogies tasted like reheated Mrs. T's pierogies. Our bartend2e asked us if we wanted something to drink and there was an awkward pause. I eventually ordered a Miller lite and she got a water. During the date I found out she has a kidney issue and couldn't drink beer, so I just sat on my beer and didn't drink it. We chatted for a while. She was a private school teacher and was super sweet. When we went our separate ways we hugged. She didn't let go of the hug when I let go of mine and we hooked up. She ghosted me after a few days of 1-2 texts a day. She was really cool and it bummed me out for a bit that she ghosted me. I think she had something else lined up because she was talking about her friends using "she", but she said she had to go meet up with a friend to see Aquaman and never used "she" when referring to said friend. I also didn't text her until the next day because I figured 1. She's at the movies 2. I didn't want to be clingy.
