How "out" are you?

I'm not out to anyone other than my brother and I definitely wouldn't put it on my linkedin personally. My diagnosis was honestly just for me to better learn how to understand myself and navigate the world. I don't think being "out" on linkedin is the norm. I think what's horrifying is that you don't actually know when it's too harmful to be out. The mental health field was the least accepting of my traits and I received the most bullying and passive aggression there. A field you'd think it'd be safe to be out in.

Are these people on linkedin higher up on the ladder? I feel like after a certain amount of success there's less of a risk because losing the person would be detrimental to the bottom line.
