How do you get out of bed every morning just to go to a job?

I lost my boy 2 years ago, thankfully I had time to process what was about to happen. He was my everything and kept me alive and was my reason for trying to just get through each days and on the days I couldn't get out of bed, he was there for that too. It does get easier. One day you'll meet a new pup or dog and they'll be there through life in a different way. Im in my late 20s and my life is very different than it was 2 years ago and I have a puppy and she has been a blessing in a very different way and the love is different but its not less.

My point is, your life moves on, and you have to move on because that's what they would want. Dogs don't want to see us sad, so go be happy for the memories you and your friend had and its okay to still be sad.
