How do people afford surgeries? (UK resident)

If you're considering having surgery abroad, might as well look into Turkey. There are some great doctors and because of the devaluation of the Turkish lira, it's become even cheaper in comparison to European countries. I had lipo and fat transfer (abdomen and flanks with transfer to breast), buccal fat removal and chin lipo with endolift laser on chin and jawline, and I paid a fraction of the European prices, all done by licensed and experienced plastic surgeons and happy with the results. Dont know about the prices for what you're looking to get, but I'm pretty sure it would be a lot cheaper than 10.000 pounds, especially if you're combining the two they usually give an additional discount. For me, having it done here was exactly the reason I was able to afford it.
