How do people in the US survive?

I probably should have included a breakdown in my initial post. Sorry about that. So here are my household annual expenses:

8000 per year for health insurance (whole family, silver plans) 2400 per year for car insurance 4300 per year utilities (internet, gas, electric, call phones, etc) 4200 per year for car payments (350 a month) 3500 per year commuting costs (gas, tolls, parking) —>working closer to home would result in significantly lower salary 4000 per year on traveling expenses (vacation) 10000 per year on grocery shopping 2500 per year on leisure (going out, eating out, etc.) 2000 per year for child expenses (clothing, school supplies, enrichment) 2400 per year towards 529 education plan (kind of like a 401k for college) 1000 per year for continuing education (work requirement)

We have no debt.
