How to be persistent?

Meal prepping doesn't work for us. Well, it works for me, I did it when my SO was gone, but she won't eat food that is more than day old. Apparently it tastes bad, especially chicken. She also doesn't have need for meal prepping in terms of weight loss or weight gain so she doesn't really have motivation to do it. Not sure if she has enough spirit in her to do it just to support me, I guess we could try, but I know instant I bring up the idea that she would have to eat more than day old food it is going to be irritating conversation.

One thing I have wanted to buy for a long time is slow cooker, but there is that she won't eat old food thing so I haven't gotten around buying one. I guess I could be selfish and meal prep for myself, but to be honest I can not see that working out either.

When I did keto, I used to have small bags of popcorn and olives. It was quite handy.

Frustrating thing is that I was 10 lbs from my goal, and since august I haven't been able to make progress. On the other hand I haven't gained that much weight either. Only 6-7lbs.
