I don't care how you take it. It doesn't matter. Like I said, I use half tsp, 1 tsp and a scale depending. All are good, and I'm not saying you are doing anything wrong or should change the way you are doing it. It's just that accurate dosing with any plant product is an illusion. The possible exception would be herbal supplements that are standardized for a specific compound. But, even then the other compounds will vary, and you often lose the synergy that comes from having the plant material in its natural state.

It does matter that you think, and are putting it out here for others, that you are getting very close to the same amount of alkaloids by precisely weighing your kratom. That's the only thing I've disagreed with. You say that's the reason you use a scale, and it is important to you. But, I've shown you the math. One 7g dose could have almost double the mitragynine and 4 times the 7-OHM as another 7g dose. That's a pretty big range. It's sort of like saying that you keep your dose consistent by always taking 1 Motrin pill, whether it contains 200mg or 800mg of ibuprofen.
