How to prevent compulsive binging

That sounds stressful. Maybe you can pack/prepare yourself some fruit for snacks or vegetables with dip to grab as a quick snack when throughout the day? It sounds like you are struggling with binging partly because you are waiting to eat until you are really hungry. I know that feeling. Having something fiber filled to eat before or when getting to the point of panic stress eating really helps prevent binging on everything in sight. I personally enjoy apples, pears, grapes and watermelon as quick I'm hungry foods especially if I'm cooking something when I'm already hungry. They are good snacks to mindlessly munch on while cooking or before bed.
