Just outright kissing her in front of our friend when I had just met her was never gonna happen. I understand your reasoning, but this is way too much for the scenario. I also didn't ''accept" her proposition. It was said on the side and and in thr moment thing. I doubt it ruined anything.
I had no intention of making anybody jealous. Jealousy is ugly and I wasn't hanging out with them to rope in a date. Hence, why I made this post. Now that all is said and done, I want to focus on Laura and myself. And not our friend.
Maybe it's the way that I process things, but I always try to get to know someone on a certain level before deciding, "Hey, I want to pursue this person." I don't need a "You fucked this up already, etc." That wasn't my question. My question is how I can go from here. The past is done. And the friend zone isn't real you're either the person's friend or you're not. I'm not friends with Laura since I barely scratched the surface of getting to know her.
I apologize if I'm rejecting all your points. They're valid, but it feels these didn't really answer my question. Just an opinion.
