Well shaving foam does help and a nice new razor but you could use conditioner or even coconut oil if you don’t have any foam .,, never go too fast and like I said make sure the razor is new and sharp so you won’t get any little red bumps afterwards but if you aren’t into shaving with a razor you could look into the cream that you put on your legs and let it sit for a bit and wipe the hairs away I’ve never been a fan of that but a lot of people like that instead of shaving But Shaving with a razor you just lather the foam and go in lines down your leg to get all the little hairs off and remember the back of your leg has hairs too so if your trying to get a clean don’t forget them
