How do restaurants have bad food?

I work for tips, but I still try to take my job serious. You pay for your food, and you tip to make sure that you get what you asked for. That’s how I look at it.

I send stuff back to the kitchen before it leaves the store all the time. They have some teenager, or drug addict making the food. They work hard for bullshit money and when they fuck up an order they just shrug. “Send it out and see if they complain” is the prevailing attitude.

Since I am the one actually dealing with the customer, and I depend on tips, I check the order and make sure I wouldn’t be pissed off if I got it. The ones in the kitchen can’t be bothered. Lots of people are lazy and have a “fuck it” attitude.
