How RUDE of page to make Pratt issue a half-assed non-apology

He's not responsible for his churches views. He's responsible for his own views. This is in regards to openly discriminating against people who are gay.

As much as you and I may hate it, people have every right to be homophobic. They have every right to be ignorant. Heck, I'm sure there's beliefs I share you despise, and vice versa. That's your right.

That right is no longer valid when you actively discriminate against anyone or push those beliefs onto others. To me, he's not responsible for the discrimination of LGBTQIA+ members from his church mates. And /u/handlit33 was saying he was discriminating against people, which was the entire point of my original post, he's not. That we know about. Should something new come to light, my opinion on that would absolutely change.

Now if you want to say he's at best tacitly complicit - I can't really argue a counterpoint to that. But, I'm sorry, that's not the same as saying he's discriminating, that's just wither being intellectually dishonest or outright hypocritical.
