There are normal users who have half that. Or four times. Or fifteen times that. And they are not shops. Rightfully so. Because this is how the numbers look like when you are a hobbyist. This is what you have, this is the size of your collection you are willing to sell or trade, because trading and selling and buying is an important part of this hobby.
Those you did not sue. Those you leave alone. There are thousands of profiles that look like this. Thousands of players, collectors, traders with a genuine love for the game. There are countless people who want to sell less, but that is their decision. There are countless guys who want to sell more, and that is also their decision. There are sharks and spikes, traders and collectors, people who want to keep their collection fluid and moving and only want cards that are currently „en vogue“, there are old bearded dudes who love their alpha birds they'd never give away, there are people who collect dragons or just cards from the „Homelands“ edition. There are pros and wannabe pros who have to buy and sell a lot to compete. There are kitchen table players with huge disposable income. There are vorthos, johnnys and timmys. And we all love this game equally.
Us you did not sue. We did not buy Chromanticores from you. We maybe aren't german. Not a good case, right? Not something a judge or the public will sympathize with, when you take this to court. But that dude, that Tobias, this is personal. You know who he is („while “hiding” behind a private account in which he does not give his true name and address „. Your words, your argument disproven once again by yourself) and you can sue him where it favors you.)
You tried to get him. One of us. While you know nothing of us. And you have the impudence to hide behind law and morals, point at us and try to tell us how we have to pursue our hobby. How dare you?
And in your greed you are blind. Your actions will destroy your company. But if you win, not only your business will be destroyed. It will open the flood gates for lawsuits all over the place. You say you „don't care about such cases“. Others will. And that will be the end of that one big aspect of our hobby you fail to see.
But by then, even if you win this, you'll be ruined. The only thing uncertain is if you will take us down with you.
And we won't let you do that.
