My doctor said it was fine for me to quit cold turkey after taking 50mg every day for about 9 months. (Only other med I was taking was Claritin, not the pseudoephedrine one, just the loratadine one.) So I quit cold turkey, and the first two days were amazing. Incredible energy, clarity, focus. Then I woke up about 3 days ago and was dizzy as fuck. Have been dizzy all day every day since then. The only thing that seems to help is eating a lot of comfort food lol, like fried chicken, gravy, ice cream, etc. Even though, in addition to dizziness, I have zero appetite.

It seems to be getting better slowly but I didn’t expect the dizziness to be like this. I can barely move my head without feeling it.
