How should we repair relationships between Men and Women?

One way is to really treat everyone equally. For example, by not treating anyone differently in the workplace based on their gender. There should be no bias towards applicants to meet certain gender ratios. This creates disdain from the male side because it is simply unfair. Anyone working hard for their career should be met with the exact same hiring process and no one should have a higher chance of acceptance based on gender. I also believe in healthy constructive discourse and I think often it is the significant negatives women face that are discussed. While problems men face (eg worse mental health and working dangerous jobs) are discussed far less and then again the topic is not equal. But I also think the whole men vs women debate is way over simplified. The discussion almost always ignores trans men and women, and other lgbtq people. Gay men for example are also under represented in many career fields, like women, and have high rates of homelessness but they too are simply included in the category of privileged men
