How to sing beyond F5?

Thank you so much for the advice! Unfortunately I haven't been able to get any lessons during the current situation, but I was recently told by a former voice student that I sounded like a high Tenor to them. Whenever I go to practice, I always try my hardest to never strain or scream, yet despite that, my top note quickly increased from around A4/A#4 (before I found my mixed register) to D#5 in under a month, and from D#5 to around F5 over the course of 4+ months.

I don't want to rush things since I don't want to become nodulated, and want to be capable of singing beautifully, but at the same time, if I made it this far without hurting myself, I want to at least try to continue moving forward (not even my F5 hurts, I've just been stuck on it), since I wan't to eventually be able to sing a C6 in full voice (without Falsettone, Reinforced Falsetto, or screaming).
