I just read your previous comments, why the fuck are you asking someone you were dating long distance for $10,000? And for 3 years? If you weren't even married, don't expect anything in return because "he owes me" doesn't hold up in court. If he has to pay child support or if you are an actual dependent, then that's a different issue. But, you have to be an actual dependent in order for him to be financially responsible for you. So whether you needed housing or school paid off, find someone who isn't a long distance soldier to make those payments, or get off your bum ass and get a job. I don't know you, so there could be a reason you aren't able to do shit yourself, but be real here. He isn't paying you shit. And if you end up taking him to court, there is a 1000% chance that nothing will happen except you wasted his time and he'll just continue to ghost you
