How to stick to going to the gym everyday

But aspect two is fix your diet. If you aren’t eating the right way you will feel like a bag of dicks going to the gym. What you want to do is focus on lowering the carb, eating basic meat, fruit, vegetable, spices/herb, tea and maybe a bit of potato-sweet potato. Cut out sugars, dairy, gluten, processed foods, rice, cereals and only use avocado, extra virgin oil with food.

If you clean up your diet you’ll feel like going to the gym and that’s going to augment the ‘just going to the gym’ at X time (I like morning since what happens at 6am in the morning)? But of course when in doubt just go to the gym
