How do I stir up more traffic??

Sorry had to comment - I'm a social media manager for about 35 business's at a marketing agency and run their socials - lol :-) the last thing I want to do when I get home is do social for me! Computers/phone at work - computers and phone at home gah! And I barely do. Lol

/u/that music junkie is right - social does work if done right - however I will add / it's a marathon not a sprint, long term sustained efforts can pay off huge, but you gotta just keep doing it; 10 minutes a day, and one day a week an hour is really all it takes - 6-8 months later, you can have good sustained converting traffic.

giveaways etc do work to help build that initial or extra boost here and there - but I generally find they don't last long. Unless Of course you have something simply amazing that if seen must be purchased! (We all wish right)

How many followers do you need, put it this way, having 300 "engaged" interested followers is better than having 30,000 followers. That number is a vanity plate. People have had social for a while now, you can't really trick people anymore. You actually have to post something of value to be successful on there. Sure there are outliers but overall just follow the basics - post regularly, and post interesting content. Learn the ins and outs of each platform - they are all different and require different tactics. But don't sign up to all of em' pick two or three to be awesome at.

If it was easy - everybody would just do it
