Work out, have a lot of sex, eat green leafy vegetables. Stay off social. ok more seriously, although those are good ones....
Put a desk environment together. Make lists. Organize your thoughts about this.
What do YOU want? You know what others have, what do you want?
What will it take to get it?
OR...
Just stop all that chasing the dream hustle till you're dead, one day you'll make it B...S.... and just work on getting to know how lovely life can be when you enjoy the little things.
I am older now, and I am so glad I learned this long ago. Shit poor. Always have been. I am lucky bc I'm creative, but no money kills the will to wake up. I am exhausted from working for fucking nothing. But if I didn't have my little things, things that I don't need money to enjoy? Oh I would've quit the world a long time ago.
This is not something that will Fill in for the success/dream/ spoils/loot..ok? This is a kind of FUEL. This shit will fuel you. Make you strong.
So find out what you love, what brings you any kind of joy. This can be being in a certain place, being with people you like, etc. Being is the key word. If you want something, fine. But you must be okay in ALL of the moments when that thing has not yet been gained.
You must train yourself to be okay in the now that comes before "success" or having the whatever.
You must be okay with being happy in all of those moments. Because all of those moments winds up being most of your life.
