This, so much. I had a lot of fun playing mlb's version of ultimate team, so tried my hand at madden and liked that too. Got fifa and 2k, usually every other year purchases for me, and was all excited to play nba 2k myteam this year.

I'd be ripping packs and making my uniforms and playing online all the time. But I don't and rarely ever even launch the game now, and it is solely because of the f u c k i n g d e l a y.

There is no delay in mlb, and none in madden, at least in my experience. No excuse for such a huge, filthy stinking rich company to be so damn weak in this era compared to their sports game competitors.

It just really ruins the whole point of playing online when you have to react on defense before they even dribble or move, and you have to release your shot before your feet have even left the ground, etc. like it really is just unplayable levels of delay.
