honestly, there isn't really a guideline to social norms. my replies above is as much as i can say because i dont know u. it could be ur words, actions or even body language thats putting girls off.

my advice is, next time u hang out in a group with guys and girls, ask a guy or two (preferably someone u are closer to + socially adept) to observe u and point out if u are doing anything wrong. cos to me, seems like its been years but u are unable to figure out whats the issue. seeking a third party perspective irl might be beneficial.
