How do you find the time for reading?

I’m a high school student who has extremely busy weeks. I go to two sports practices a day, take multiple AP classes, and play the violin for the school orchestra. With all of these activities I used to struggle to find time to read. For me personally, I like to carve out specific times in the day during the week that I read. For example, during this past school year I would read for an hour immediately after getting home, then I would read for about 30 minutes before bed. I found that having these designated reading times worked a lot better for me than just finding random times throughout the day where I didn’t happen to be doing anything else. Even though reading is a form of entertainment and a source of relaxation and enjoyment, it’s important to put effort into finding time for it.
