How is Trump racist?

> He said he didn’t like the send her back chant

It's not like his supporters just came up with the chant after Trump spent the better part of this year tweeting vulgarities about the four congresswomen before mentioning that they should go back to their country. Trump also did not like the "Lock Her Up" chant, but he later started using it all the time.

The President of the United States should not call anyone animal, and it's wrong to commit crimes against any people, regardless of their legal status. This cannot be an excuse for racism.

He stopped people legally staying in America for years reentering, from 9 countries, most of which have a stable government, but never mind that, because those people hold a valid visa, so it's not like you did not know who they were.

Birtherism is racism. Insinuating for years that Obama is from Kenya without providing any proof, without even intending to have any proof. It's a cospiracy theory that happens to be also racist, because why would the only black president from Kenya? He could have made up that Obama is from England, but that's not an association his supporters would react to, even though it would be just as illegal for the President of the United States to be from England.

He specifically said "very fine people on both sides". One side was peaceful protesters marching with swastikas chanting racist and anti-semitic slogans and carrying semi-automatic rifles, the other side was the counter-protesters. The protesters were indeed peaceful until one of them rammed his car into a crowd of counter-protesters, but they were not fine people at all. It was a white supremacist rally protesting the removal of Confederate monuments, most of which was built during the era of the Jim Crow laws.
