how do you be unapologetically yourself?

If you're stuck with your parents I assume it's because you currently have no choice? It sucks, but I would try to not be so hard on yourself when you feel like you're doing what you have to to be safe and secure. You're still you, just cautious. When you're young you're still figuring yourself out anyway, so taking a few steps back isn't actually harmful, and when you are finally "on your own" and self sufficient you will have a more solid foundation to build your real personality on top of.

Not sure if that was helpful or rambling, but I just want to say it's ok to feel shitty sometimes, you can bounce back from this and eventually nothing will stop you from being yourself.
