How unhealthy is my level of adderall abuse?

Yeah I thought I couldn't get addicted to any drugs until Etizolam and benzos in general got ahold of me. Adderall is a weird one because people with legit ADHD don't get the same effects from it, it usually calms them down and isn't very fun. The good thing is adderall is a bitch to find and really expensive so I doubt I would ever even have access to get high on adderall more than half the time. I refuse to try meth because I've seen how much it fucks people up, and with how much I enjoy stimulants I'd probably get hooked on it. I recently found out my parents smoked meth for most of their 20s until my mom found out she was pregnant with me, she quit immediately. It took my dad a couple more years to finally quit and she nearly divorced him over it. He never touched it again after that but later in life he got addicted to opiates.

Me and my dad talked a lot about our drug use and mental problems before he passed away from cancer, turns out we have pretty much identical brain chemistry. We share all the same mental problems and enjoy and dislike the same drugs, we also get all the same side effects even the uncommon ones. We both hate coke but love amphetamines, we both smoked a ton of cigs(I switched to vaping at least). We both used to smoke tons weed and switched to occasional use and one or two hits max in our mid 20s because it started giving us anxiety. We both love LSD and Shrooms and have very similar trips, but get comeup anxiety and nausea for the first hour or so. We both have depression that comes and goes in completely random cycles. We both get random panic attacks. Knowing all that about him really helps me avoid a lot of the same mistakes he made.
