How to utilize cannabis to fight anxiety

I have severe anxiety and my advice is to just try it. And then after you’ve tried it, try it again, cause sometimes the first time sucks (have less than you think the first time and it shouldn’t be bad). Just trust the flower and your own common sense - once you know how you feel while high, you can experiment with different doses and methods. It is honestly pretty difficult to mess up unless you have way too much or you try edibles without properly understanding them. If it’s legal where you are, go grab a prerolled joint and smoke half of it or less and set aside 3 hours and some nice cold water and enjoy. Cannabis has honestly changed my outlook on life.
