How to value Hbar (Hereda Hashgraph)

I actually have a question for the community on this.

1) In order to use the network you have to use HBar, correct? If this is the case, enterprise companies will have to buy HBar to transfer data. Does anyone know how much data is able to be sent just from one HBar? This is going to differ between a company like Google and the drone company because the drone company will probably have to use a lot of HBar in order for radars to know the drone/aircraft location while flying. For a company like Google are they able to send 2-5TB of data on three coins? Is there a certain limit?

2) For someone building on the private network is that network containerized and retail investors aren't able to reap the benefits of those transactions? Almost like a VPN Tunnel where there is a direct "link" between the endpoints (not really a good example). Or private networks will be counted since it has to go through the network anyways seeing how its a level 1 through 4 technology

---Sorry if this is a granular question. I'm just trying to figure out HBar more in depth on how many could be potentially use on the network depending on a companies sector.
