How is the western world portrayed in Russian media?

The views of the people writing those reports are definitely disgusting. But I don't think they are representative of the views of NATO members, at least not European ones. And I don't think what NATO is doing today in Eastern Europe is aimed at destabilizing Russia's border regions.

"Views of the people"? Wtf? These are not some random journalists, or opionated newspapers. This is "FEDERALLY FUNDED RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER SPONSORED BY THE US ARMY".

Dude, I'm tired or your ignorance, really, read the fucking Rand corporation report and THINK, before you answer me, ok? It is 300+ pages long. I don't need your dumb fast judgment here.
