Agreed. I have a permanent percutaneous nephrostomy tube (tube that goes through my skin into my kidney to drain it that has to be replaced every few months) due to cancer resulting in the removal of one of my kidneys and the ureter for my other remaining kidney. The tube goes through my skin in my lower back right above my ass... I keep it very clean to prevent infection, since its literally just a hole in my skin.

I use baby wipes to thoroughly wipe my ass and then another wipe with hand sanitizer on it to sanitize my whole ass afterward. Some might say that's overkill, but I have had the nephrostomy for two and a half years at this point and it has never been infected that whole time, so either my immune system is especially amazing or my thorough cleanliness is working.
