The GOP 2020 platform was released ahead of the elections, and while it was the same as 2016, it absolutely existed.. Its even avaliable still I'm betting.

Your argument is that they can't pass anything, which is because of the filibuster, which you then argue is why they want the filibuster. Oh, and that same argument is usable against democrats. Democrats haven't passed anything other than Budget recoincilation and won't either unless the filibuster goes away. The only time they succeeded they had to drag Kennedy into the floor just to do it. Does this mean the drmocrats also don't want to govern?
