It's difficult for us living in this time to believe...
But I strongly suspect Trump will quickly become a faded distant memory.
For example: I've recently met a couple of new younger colleagues at work, who actually do not know who the Beatles are! However they claim to be "into music" and know all the modern stars extremely well.
I find that pretty astonishing, and that's a pretty extreme example...
But overall this is actually a pretty common phenomena that one generation's superstar can become a complete nobody to many of a new generation later on.
If you have trouble wrapping your head around the idea that someone so well known today, could become so forgotten tomorrow... then consider this:
Do you really know anything much about the distant past Hollywood stars... like Greta Garbo, Louise Brooks, Mary Pickford, Laurence Olivier, Cary Grant, Natalie Wood... etc...
You probably recognize a few of those names, but (unless you're an ultra film buff) you are likely very hazy about their careers or even what they look like, and would be hard pressed to name even a single film they appeared in.
And those names I gave as examples are the ultra-top-stars... as for more regular top-stars of past eras: forget it! You probably wouldn't even recognize the names, while everyone during that time would instantly know them.
