How will you keep power structures and hierarchies from arising again?

I checked your post history and I noticed you haven't made any threads asking proponents of Lockean/Jeffersonian liberalism what their plan is for preventing the rise of a monarchy in Tennessee. Why is that? Your question delivers the subtle suggestion that certain hierarchies, the ones you had in mind while forming this inquiry, are simply human nature and can only be prevented through deliberate, sustained interference with natural processes, and this ia not the case. The hierarchies that rule at any given moment exist because a particular bloc-with a particular ideology- won a war of conquest, and subsequently enforced a set of rules regarding what type of society is allowed to exist. For the moment, the winners of liberal capitalism coerce the majority of people of people into identifying with liberal capitalism, and convincing them that its hierarchies are so natural that they would eventually emerge as a matter of course within any free society.

OP, maybe liberal capitalism is what you think would nees to be vigilantly prevented, maybe you had something else in mind. The exact type of hierarchy you had in mind is not important. The point is that the main reason people accept any hierarchy is because they have been extensively conditioned to do so. All most of us around here want to do about it is allow people to opt out of the conditioning.
