How wiped out should I be?

I'm 44 years old and I do CrossFit six days per week. One WOD session per day, and an extra session (Olympic weightlifting) on Saturday. So, on Saturdays, I do two sessions.

Now, on top of that, I also exercise during my lunch hour at work with some of my colleagues. Mondays & Tuesdays at the gym for strength training, Wednesdays is yoga, Thursdays is running, and Fridays is a "maybe". If there is no team/farewell/welcome lunch, I'll go to the gym and work on weaknesses.

You're not eating enough. For breakfast, I eat a three-egg omelette with tomato, spinach, and onion. For lunch, I have a quarter chicken, rice, beans, and broccoli. (Then a table spoon of peanut butter for "dessert".) For an afternoon snack before CrossFit in the evening, I have Greek yoghurt and a piece of fruit. And for dinner, I have a bowl of oats with protein isolate, blueberries, and sprinkled with ground cinnamon.

I have a cheat day on Friday. For breakfast, I'll have pancakes. For lunch, my colleagues and I will go to some restaurant in town and I'll indulge myself. For dinner, I'll have a pint of Halo Top.

On the weekends, I eat out, but I order the healthy meals. No fries, no fried food, no sweets. Just meat/fish and vegetables, salads, etc. I forgo bread too.

Make sure you sleep enough too. Minimum of 7.5 hours per night.
