How do women feel about being referred to as ‘an individual with a cervix?’

One thing is that the cervix is part of the uterus so it could be said people with uterus to be more understandable and also add women, trans men, NB and intersex. But apparently also people who don't have a cervix because they had it surgically removed can develop the cancer, so maybe people who have female reproductive organs would be more accurate and easier to understand.
But also as this is an exam of the vaginal canal (specifically its end), maybe also trans women who reconstructed the vagina should have it checked, if the procedure was deemed important and adaptable for them. The trans genitalia are also part of the reproductive organs, so in my perspective this description "female reproductive organs", might be a path to including trans vaginas in the gynecological medical field.
Anyway I think the discussion in CNN would be more about surfing on JK Rowling than medical procedures, even if both have in common challenging our understandings of gender and sex, the first is vague and inflammatory and the second should be technical and admit the existence of trans bodies.
