How would you catch this annoying person?

You're not wrong about it. But she's kind of badmouthed me to the point where others I didn't know but was friendly with now give me the stink eye.

She's gone around loudly as she can telling everyone she's been mistreated by me and I haven't really had right to reply. In reality all I did was tell her not to do some of the super presumptuous things she does- such as this.

My worry is that this time period will pass and she will skate under the radar thinking she's smart. We return to our regular shifts in 2 weeks after which point opportunities where she has to open will be few and far between.

She's very self righteous and annoying and basically dominates the desk all day long. Anyone who walks up and asks me a question. She jumps in front to answer! Anytime I'm speaking to someone she forces her way into the convo to try and "correct" and "teach" even though I trained her

She's a kiss as$ though and works hard to ingratiate herself to our office admin and all the big attorneys. So it looks like she's doing such a great job and meantime she puts out there that I'm such an asshole. Which people are willing to except bc I'm really quiet, keep to myself maybe even considered a bit odd. I've never given them a real narrative. After 10 yrs they know nothing about me so that makes them more than usually willing to accept whatever narrative or label someone else slaps on me- even if it's false
