How would I explain my work history or should I even try?

I can definitely say it's not my work ethic I've always been known as one to bust my ass harder than anyone at any job I have and it wears on me and I start getting bored with the repetition of things . I admit I super fucked when I was younger that's for sure, but I quit the gas station for what I felt was fucking me over we had gone through 4 managers in the time I was there and I was always the one who was the reliable person to make sure deposits were done, tills were counted, tacc safe was full for the day, doing core mark orders for the store and the daily paperwork all this in the absence of not having a manager at the store finally we had no manager for 2months I got fed up with doing all this manager work but not the pay to show for it. The smoke shop it's self sucked we were barely doing right under $2000 a day so it was boring I was always the first to greet customers and try to make the sale, but what really grinded my gears was the fact that our assistant manager and store had started dating so it was weird as shit they'd make out in the sales floor, use weird stupid names to call each other, even more fucked up the previous week my store manager hadn't shown up in the morning to open the store I was waiting outside calling and calling eventually I get through he finally shows up an hour and a half late still drunk from the previous night we go in the store he just goes in the back and passes out for over half the day. So I said fuck this job the next week and never went back. So all together yeah I fucked up I admit it but I know I'm a damn hard worker that's always the person management calls in when they need something to get done, and also I've never been below a shift supervisor so that's nice too. Sorry for the long story it doesn't help much but I wanted to explain at least a couple of my reasons for quitting the last two the way I did.
