How Would You Identify Your Own Political Beliefs?

I never said those people didn't understand Socialism. I said that they are Marxist-Leninists, which, while a branch of Socialism, have a very different idea on it than most other Socialist branches.

Well who said it involves people from outside coming in to take it? That's never something I'd support. For the Amish example it's the opposite. Under Libertarian Socialism the Amish are seen as having a right to govern themselves and their land on their own terms and by their own discussions and decisions amongst themselves. They then get to decide whether they choose to bring anyone else into the projects they work on. All association is voluntary and up to individual agreement, cancellable at any time.

For example in your case about the farmer. The farmer could bring on other people to help, and they'll have an equal say in how they do that work, but at any point the farmer can simply choose to no longer associate with the group that wants to sell or "develop" the land, and then the land they work will be solely theirs again. It's based on mutual agreement not transfer of ownership.

There's four basic principles of the matter: 1) Voluntary Association 2) Workers Self-management based in these Voluntary Associations 3) Local Autonomy 4) Grassroots Democracy and Direct/Consensus Democracy.
