How would you torture the man that killed your family?

How would you torture the man that killed your family?
Drive him insane. Here are my rough steps.
Murder his family in front of him dressed in a terrifying monster costume. Knock him out and place the weapon in his hands.
The cops (who I bribed heavily) will show up. Arrest him. He goes to trial for murder.
The judge and jury (also bribed) find him to be insane. He insists a frightening monster killed his family, not him.
He goes to prison for about 10 years. Gets out for good behavior or some other shit. Who cares, I bribe my way into getting what I want.
After prison he will conveniently immediately find a good job at a new restaurant (owned by me). What a lucky felon!
His coworkers are not really waiters and chefs. They are actors. So is everyone else in the neighborhood. Essentially I'm running a Truman show type life for him.
His life goes pretty well for awhile. He gets back into the swing of normal living. Things are looking up for the first time in awhile.
One day he is waiting to cross the street. He glimpses a familiar sight across the street, the monster that killed his family. A passing truck suddenly obscures his line of vision. After it passes the monster has vanished. He tells himself he was seeing things.
I allow him a few more days of normal living.
Now the fun begins. I give the people of the neighborhood and his coworkers instructions. Carry on normal. Ignore anything he says about monsters. Pretend there is no monster there.
I begin heavily stalking him in the monster costume. I'm everywhere. Yet no one else seems to see the monster.
Desperate for assurance he is not crazy he begs other people to say they see the monster (me). In his fits of begging and pleading he often grows upset.
I show up at his work and just stand there starting at him. He grows desperate for someone else to acknowledge me and shakes a smaller coworker in a fit of rage, injuring her. He is arrested.
After being told of his severe hallucination in testimony from his neighbors and coworkers the judge sentences the man who killed my family to a psych ward. He is staying indefinitely.
I sell the restaurant and get a new job! The psych ward the man is in is hiring a night time janitor.
I take the job. I also bring my monster costume. I haunt him at night. Only giving him glimpses of me in reflections and around distant corners. I act in way that reduces him to a psychotic mess. I turn his brain to mush.
