How do ya'll feel about locked traits?

I agree. I only had Taylor die in the house but if I had been doing well and had everyone die at the last minute I would’ve been so pissed. It’s just annoying that it’s all based on one make or break dialogue option instead of the sum of all your choices. And even more so that it doesn’t even make it clear what you did wrong to get the characters killed, and it doesn’t give you a last minute chance to save them.

I did like that the traits actually had some weight in this game because they didn’t do much in the other games, but imo the game does a pretty shitty job of explaining the system. Like, the padlock symbol was really unclear. Usually something having a lock by it would mean that you haven’t unlocked it yet, so I initially thought the locked traits were traits I didn’t have yet. I just wish they would’ve made it more clear that the lock meant the traits were “locked in”, and I wish the Curator would’ve given a warning that traits were important.
